Buenas,

Hi BIOW_SALUD,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the same thing, and I was able to replicate the same behavior. To my understanding, this behavior is due to the matching rules by Pipedrive. We can prevent this by using the Full Name field instead of the Short text field to collect names. Also, I would recommend making the email field required, so that each submissions will have more data allowing the integration to have multiple points of verification to identify if it is person submitted the form, and the on on your CRM is the same or not. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left and select the Name field to add it to your form.
- Next, right-click on the Email field and select the Require option.
The previous name field can be hidden so the user cannot see it while retaining the data received.
- To do that, just right-click on it and select the Hide option.
After that, please edit your integration through the Settings tab, and use the Full name field with your integration.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
