Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to Facebook Pixel? If so, can you tell me if there's an error you encountered? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here. In the meantime, can you try removing the widget, clear your form caches, and add the widget again to see if the issue persists? Here's how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
