Hello David,
I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Hello David.
Thanks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I'm assuming you're referring to the placeholder of the second dropdown of the Dynamic Dropdown widget, unfortunately, it's not possible for it to have a different placeholder than the main dropdown, but here's a workaround you may want to consider:
- Click the Wand icon on the Dynamic Dropdown widget.
- In the right menu, open the Custom CSS tab.
- Edit your CSS code and replace Seleccione primero la ciudad with Selecciona la tienda.
- Go to the General tab.
- In the Values field, replace the first Dot(.) with Seleccione primero la ciudad.
- Click on the Update Widget button to save the changes.
- Here's what it looks like afterward.
Give it a try, and let us know if you have any other questions.
