Dropdown List widget: How to update the options using an Excel File?

Buenos dias podria actualizar una lista desplegable desde un archivo excel que tengo en una url, ya que este archivo excel lo actualizo con las novedades y de esta forma que la lista desplegable pudiera estar actualizada ?. Gracias
