How to provide a summary so that respondents can track the progress of their signatures

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you want your respondents to receive a summary of the signature so they may track their progress. In this case, you must enable Jotform Sign Automation for your signature element. Let me show you how it's done:

• Click the Sign icon on the right side of the Signature element.
• Then, toggle the Jotform Sign Automation to On.

• Also, toggle the Send Audit Trail so it will send a PDF summary of the completed document as seen below:
