Hi Nicolás,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I'll need a bit of time to look into this and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
I appreciate your patience and understanding.

I already solved it, but I need to implement a small detail.
I want to mark in the AGENDA
have these options
"rescheduled", "ATTENDED",
"cancelled,
"The person did not arrive"

Hi Nicolás,
Thanks for getting back to us. We are glad that you have found the solution to the issue. About the options to mark the appointment as attended, rescheduled, canceled or the person did not arrive, you can try to add a Dropdown field on the form in which you can select the status. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, select Dropdown on the Form Elements panel.
- Click the Gear icon, and select the Options tab on the right panel.
- Input the options in the Options section.
Take a look at the screencast of the result below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Nicolás,
Thanks for getting back to us. As requested, I've added the Status field in your form. I hide the field, so your form fillers won't see it when they fill out your form. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Now, when you go to your Submission Tables, you can edit the submission and set the Status.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
