Hi Antonio,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I can see that you've reached your upload space limit. Just to clarify, upload space limit refers to the attachments on the submissions of your form. These can be uploaded images or documents submitted through your form. If you've already deleted them but it's still showing that you've exceeded your limit, kindly check your trash folder as well and purge the data there. Here’s how to do it:
From your Inbox
- In Jotform Inbox, go to the Trash tab.
- Look for the submission with an attachment and click on the three-dots icon at the top-right part of the page.
- Click on Delete Forever. Then, click on Delete Forever again to confirm the action.
From Jotform Tables
- In Jotform Tables, click on the form with submission that has attachments. Then, click on View Table.
- Click on the three-dots icon beside the name of the active tab and choose to go to the Trashed Entries.
- There, you'll see the deleted submissions. Click on Select All and then the Delete Forever button. Choose the option to Delete to confirm the action.
Alternatively, you can check the trash folder in the Jotform Tables page and purge them from there:
Please note that permanently deleted entries cannot be restored anymore.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
