Now, let me help you with your question. The form that you're looking for is owned by the account linked to the i*************@********m email address. If you recognize the email address, try to log in using that and the corresponding password. Once logged in to the account, you can view all the submissions in the form's submissions table. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to view the submissions for your form:
- On the All Forms folder, select the form.
- You have two options:
A. You can click on the Submissions tab to view your form's submissions.
B. Or select the form, click on More and choose Submissions.
