Attach submission as an image file in the Autoresponder Email

requerimos que el archivo que se adjunta con el formulario diligenciado a los destinatarios, no llegue en formato pdf sino en formato de imagen (jpg, jpeg, png, etc)

Gracias por contactarte con el Soporte de Jotform. Es posible configurar un elemento de carga de archivos en el formulario para que solo permita el tipo de archivo que desees. Te muestro:

• En el Creador de Formularios, selecciona el elemento de Carga de Archivos y haz clic en el icono de engranaje.
• Ve a la pestaña de Opciones y en el cuadro de Tipo de Archivo deja solo los formatos de imagen.

En caso de no haber entendido completamente lo que necesitas, por favor coparte un poco más de información y alguna captura de pantalla referente.

hola alejandro, no me hice explicar. Me referia que cuando el usuario termina de diligenciar el formulario, yo configuré para que llegue un correo de notificacion al administrador y se adjunta un archivo pdf con el formulario diligenciado. Pero requerimos que no llegue en pdf sino en formato de imagen, ya que tenemos otro software que va a almacenar estos registros pero solo recibe archivos jpg
