    Hi Juan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm having trouble fully understanding your concern. Could you clarify if you mean that form fillers can cancel their appointments after submitting the form and deciding not to attend? If so, yes, you can achieve this by adding an edit link in your autoresponder email, form fillers will be able to edit their submission, including canceling their appointment if they decide not to attend. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
    4. After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.  ¿Cómo anular una cita en el elemento Cita? Image 1 Screenshot 30

After submitting the form, the submitters will get an email that has the edit link, so they can cancel their appointment. Check the screencast below for the result:  ¿Cómo anular una cita en el elemento Cita? Image 2 Screenshot 41 Here's my demo form. You can clone it to test or inspect.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread to avoid confusion. You can check that out here.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
