How to set up a form to be completed with three respondents

Buenos dias intento hacer un formulario que sera rellanado por la persona A, y que tienen que firmar en orden la persona B y C, pero no logro conseguirlo de una forma adecuada. Me pueden indicar o bien enviar un ejemplo como poder hacerlo. Gracias

Thanks for patiently waiting. I found a way for multiple people to fill out your form. We will create a form with three sections designated for respondents A, B, and C. After that, we will set up an approval flow to send an email to each respondent containing an edit link. This link will allow them to fill in the fields assigned to them. Let me show you how:

1. Create a form with three parts as shown below:

2. Now, add a conditional logic.

• Click on Settings on the top toolbar of the form builder.
• Click the Approval Flow on the left side of the screen. 

• Remove unnecessary fields that aren't needed in the workflow, like the Approval element.
• Add the If/else condition element and the email element. Since you have 3 respondents, we will add two If/else conditions and two email elements.

• Set up the If/else condition that triggers an email to be sent to Respondent B when Email A is filled. Repeat the same steps for the second If/else condition. This time, when Email B is filled, an email should be sent to Respondent C.

• Add an edit link to the email elements in your Approval Flow to make it easier for respondents to fill in their designated fields.

La primera firna que llega al correo de help@grupobn.es lo hace correctamente, pero teoricamente una vez firmado tendria que llegar el segundo correo a soporte@grupobn.es y no lo hace. Ya me dices lo que estoy haciendo mal o dejando de hacer. Muchisimas gracias

Ahora si que funciona, por que he quitado un if, pero el problema es que los correos los envia a la vez y me gustaria que la segunda firma no se realizara hasta que estuviera la primera firmada. Gracias

Thanks for getting back to us. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In Approval Flow, remove the link between the two Emails.
2. Also remove the link from the form to the first Condition.

3. Add a Split Branch.
4. Have a second Conditional Element, then connect it to the Split branch as well.
5. Connect the second email to the End node.

For the second If/Else condition, set it as follows:

Thanks for patiently waiting. To send a downloadable PDF report as soon as all signature element is signed, just simply add another Conditional Branch. Let me show you how:

1. Click the Add element and select Conditional Branch.

2. Drag and connect it to the Split Branch element.

3. Set up the Conditional Branch as seen below:

4. Add a PDF element and connect it to the Conditional Branch so respondents can receive the PDF as an attachment.

Gracias por la respuesta, bueno esto si que podia hacerlo, yo el formulario lo tengo con un PDF mio propio y si que es cierto que me adjunto el pdf, pero a mi me gustaria que le llegara al firmante como un link, que pudiera picar y descargar, ya que al llegar de forma adjunto no se ve claro que esta el archivo. Gracias

Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. If you want an email with a link sent once all signatures have been signed, use the email element instead. Let me show you how it's done:

1. Remove the current PDF element connected to the last Conditional Branch we've just added.

2. Click the Add element and select Email element.

3. Drag and connect it to the  Conditional Branch element.

4. Set up the Email Content as seen below:
