Will I lose data if I downgrade?

    Actualmente tengo el plan Oro Mensual.


    Quiero cambiar al plan gratuito, ya que ya hemos cerrado una campaña de recogida de datos.

    Contrataremos de nuevo el Plan Oro mas adelante.

    ¿Perderemos los datos al bajar al plan gratuito?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you downgrade to the Starter plan, your account limit will be less. Based on your current usage, you have a total of 10,246 submissions stored on your account. After downgrading, we will only store the most recent 500 submissions and the rest will be deleted. So, I suggest that you download your data as an Excel file for backup. Let me show you how:

    1. In Tables, click on the Download All button in the upper-right corner.
    2. Select Download as Excel from the options.
