Account Suspended due to Phishing

    Estimados administradores de Jotform, reciban el saludo cordila de mi persona.

    En esta ocasión les escribe porque hace unos minutos de manera unilateral y con indicios de cierto autoritarismo eliminaron mi encuesta. Tal encuesta es académica, para un proyecto educatico. No tiene nada que ver, en absoluto, con usos indebidos de los datos. Pareciera que la seguridad mi encuesta y el contenido ni siquiera están seguros. Espero que pueda tener una pronta solución.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Your account has been suspended because your Student Registration Form has been flagged as phishing. We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    I've deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You can now log in to your account again. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email.
