Card layout: Ability to include the scale rating field

Buenas noches, en una de las plantillas he visto campos (concretamente uno de nivel de valoración) que no tengo y no sé cómo poder incluirlo en mi formulario

The 2 forms on your account are different which is the reason you are seeing the Scale rating in one form and and not in the other form. The first screenshot is a Classic layout form and the second one is a Card layout form. You can always change the form layout however all fields available in one layout is not available in the other layout.

Azfal, so isn´t it possible to include a valoration field in a Card layout form?

For a customer satisfaction survey it´s a better field than the stars...

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to include the Scale Rating field in the Card layout form. Since the card layout cannot add custom CSS code it is also not possible to modify the field design and make it look like the scale rating field. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working on adding new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
