If so, it would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

it doesn't let us squeeze it to improve the plan

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the screenshot you are trying to share did not go through successfully. Is there an error showing when you try to upgrade?
