Did not receive the pdf submissions?

Estpy tratando de descargar los formularios generados entre diciembre 2023 y enero 2024. Al pedir la descarga de los PDF, me dice que se enviarán a mi correo, pero estos no llegan.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

About the downloaded PDF submissions, As I have checked we sent them out.  Take a look at the screenshot below:

Can you check your spam and trash folder? If it's not there please check with your email provider if you are having issues receiving an email. You can also ask them to whitelist our domains and IPs in case your email service provider is blocking emails that are coming from Jotform.
