Hi RFDIESEL,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and can see that you have a Starter plan which means that you can only have 100 submissions limit in a month. Submission is counted towards your limit as soon as the form is submitted, regardless of whether you delete it later or not. You can check the submissions of your form by going to the Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- On the My Forms page, select your form by clicking it and clicking on the Submissions at the top.
If you have deleted the submissions, you can check them on the Trashed Entries. Here's how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the three dots icon at the top left beside the form's name.
You can also check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi, I can speak in English, no problem! The usage limit I'm referring to is not the 100 per month one; the limit I'm referring to is the 500 shipment storage limit that my plan offers in total. I made some form submissions just for testing, but they are stored anyway on my usage dashboard. No matter how much I delete the forms I've submitted, they remain stored in my usage. I would like to know why this happens, and what happens when it reaches 500. Will my account be unable to receive submissions or something like that? Because if that's the case, I'd prefer to delete my Jotform account, as even the paid plans have limits, meaning when I reach my limit, I'll be forced to upgrade to a more expensive plan! And for me, being from Brazil, the prices charged in dollars end up being quite high here.

I'm really confused, I don't know if it's the case I mentioned earlier or if it works the way I read, for example, 500 are stored, and if I receive more than 500, the older ones are deleted, however, even if I delete the submissions that are not relevant to me at the moment, they will still count towards the storage, is that it

Hi RFDIESEL,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry for the confusion in my previous reply. The total usage limit is the allowed space or number of an item your account can use. Unlike its monthly counterpart, this usage limit type doesn’t reset and has to be managed manually. Not to be confused with the monthly submission limit. The submission storage that you're referring to is the maximum number of entries, from all your forms, you can keep in your account. You can free this limit by purging/deleting the form entries. Exceeding this limit deletes the oldest form entry to make room for the new submissions. To avoid losing data, please download your form submissions.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

How do I delete and have this return to my limit, as I have already deleted the test submissions I received, and yet they still appear in my storage

Hi RFDIESEL,
Thanks for getting back to us. Deleting submissions doesn't free up the submission storage limit, as they go into your trash folder first and are deleted after 30 days. Any submissions that are in your trash folder are still counted against your account limits. You'll need to clear your trashed entries to free up the limit. Let me show you how:
1. Go to My Forms.
2. Choose the form and click on Submission from the toolbar to open Jotform Tables.
3. Click on the three-dot icon next to the main tab and click on Trashed entries from the menu.
4. In the Trash pop-up window on the right, select the submissions to delete, or tick on the Select All checkbox to select all the submissions.
5. Click the Delete Forever button.
6. Finally, click the Delete button in the confirmation dialog box.
That's it. After you clear entries from the trash folder, it will free up your submission storage limit.
Give it a try, and let us know if there's anything else I can help you with.
