Hi yoli818,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
In the meantime, let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi yoli818,
Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, it's not possible to get a single-column selection so we cannot count the number of "No estory seguro" selected in the Input Table. As a workaround, we can set a value of 1 to that option only and then sum up all the table fields, this way he will get how many times this option was selected. Here's how to do it:
- Click on the Gear Icon to open Input Table Properties.
- In the Input Table Properties, go to the Options tab.
- In the Options tab, look for the Calculation Values and update the value for the 'No estoy seguro' column to '1'
- Click on the Add Form Element.
- In the Form Elements tab, go to the Widgets tab.
- Look for the Form Calculation Widget and drag it to your form.
- Click on the wand icon to open Form Calculation Widget Settings.
- In the Form Calculation Widget Settings, click on the Add Field button.
- Select the table named 'Estrategia de búsqueda'.
- Check all the rows in the table.
- Click the Done button.
- Add a + symbol to the row fields and click the Save button.
Here's the sample screencast of the output:
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello, thank you for your prompt response, I have tried it but it doesn't work for me.
The issue is that each field has a different value where "I'm not sure" represents 0, what I really need is to know how many options marked in "I'm not sure" I have in total selected regardless of what is marked on the form.
As I show you on the screen I have only 3 buttons selected in "I'm not sure" so the amount of response "I'm not sure" should give me a total of 3.

Hi yoli818,
Thanks for getting back to us. When using the Radio Button as the Input Type in the Input Table, the assigned values of the selected answers in any column will be calculated. It's currently not possible to calculate just the answers from one column. As a workaround, you can change the Input Type from Radio Button to Checkbox, as this input type allows you to have a separate calculation just for the "I'm not sure" answers.
But, since using the Checkbox type would allow users to select more than one answer in one row, you can switch it back to Radio Button, only after you've done setting up the calculation. Let me walk you through these step-by-step:
- In Form Builder, click on the Input Type element, and click on the Gear icon to open Properties.
- Go to the Fields tab, and select Checkbox under Input Type.
Next, you can set the calculation in the Form Calculation field. I added my own Form Calculation widget on to my cloned form just to show you how the calculation should look like:
- Open the Form Calculation's Widget Settings by clicking on the wand icon.
- Click on the Add Field button, and select Estrategia de búsqueda.
- You'll then be asked to select which columns you want to be calculated. You need to tick all the checkboxes under the I'm not sure column. They should be calculated by putting the plus symbol in between fields.
- Click on Done, and then Save.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Now, if you don't want form fillers to select more than one answer in one row, you can switch the Input Type back to Radio Button. The screencast below shows you how to do that:
Here's a screencast of my results after switching it back to Radio Button:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
