Buena snoches, necesito activar en mi formulario una confirmacion atraves de SMS, pero al tratar de incorporarla me dice que no existe ninguna credencial, como puedo hacer? Adicional si van a esta registrandose al rededor de 70 formularios mensuales, cual plan me convendria más? quedo atenta. Gracias

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
With that said, it's currently not possible within Jotform to send SMS after form submission, but this can still be achieved using a third-party automation system such as Pabbly Connect, where you can connect Jotform to Twilio, which will handle the sending process. We have a tutorial about that here.
As for the plan, if you'll only be receiving 70 submissions per month, the Starter plan is enough to handle that number, however, other account limits should still be considered such as; upload space, form views, and many more.
