We have a Terms & Conditions widget that you can use in your online form that lets you add a link to a document/website, and let users agree to them with a checkbox. You can add this on a separate page so the user cannot move to the next page unless it is checked.

thank you for the answer, this is exactly what we are looking for. What I dont understand is how to implement a way that the clients have to open the link otherwise it does not allow to continue....

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, what you are referring to is not possible as we cannot require the users to open the link first before they can be allowed to continue. As a workaround, you can add a code to the page that they need to open and add a Short Text field on your form where they must enter the code so that you can verify that they have opened the page. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, add a Short Text field for the code.

2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
3. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
4. Select the Show/Hide Field condition.

5. Set the conditions below:

In this condition, the Submit button will be hidden unless they enter the code value. Check out the screencast below to see the result:
