Hola, cuando las personas llenan el formulario y lo abro no me muestra algunos campos o filas.
el formato esta bien
el resultado al abrir el pdf ya contestado no muestra el nombre, domicilio y otros

Now, coming back to your question. I can't seem to find the form for which you provided the screenshots. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and help you with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us. You can just send the link to your form which you mentioned above and we can check out the issue you have with your PDF. Here's how you can do that:
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, tap on Publish.
- Copy the Link to your form.
Paste the link here in the support forum and we'll check the form.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

La opción que me diste es para enviar el archivo para llenarlo, lo que te quiero enviar es el archivo que me envian las personas cuando lo llenan.

Thanks for getting back to us. I can understand that some information is missing from the PDF submission when you download the submission for the form connexus. Is that right? Are you downloading the submission data PDF from the Jotform table or from the PDF Editor? Let me show you how you can create a new PDF document in the PDF Editor form and attach it to your email notification as well. Let me walk you through the steps below:
- Open your form in the PDF Editor.
- Click on the + New PDF option from the blue navigation bar.
- Choose the New PDF Document option, and you can rename it.
Now, let's add it to your notification email as well, so you can get an attachment with the PDF document. So you can directly download it from your inbox.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
- Under the Advanced tab, turn the toggle On to Attach a PDF.
- Select the PDF file you have just created. Click on Save. That's it.
