    Veo que no se realizó el cobro automático a mi tarjeta y mi cuenta ya no está activa.

    Cómo puedo hacer para recuperar mi cargo recurrente e historial de facturación?

    Ahora me presenta otros precios.

    Hello! Thanks for your support.

    My automatic payment did not go through and my account expired.

    Now, the cost is much more expensive.

    Hi José,

    Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I have heard back from our Billing team, and you can now proceed upgrading your subscription again to Bronze plan under the same legacy pricing. Upgrade as soon as you can because the offer will expire on March 29, 2024.
