Issue with the Save Feature

    Hola,... gracias por el espacio para solicitar ayuda.


    Equipo, tengo el presente formulario que tiene la opción de guardar para continuar después.

    https://www.jotform.com/build/232505781570658 y me parece que cuando mis alumnos completan y guardan me está llegando el correo a mi y no a ellos, que es la idea.

    Entonces, les pido que me ayuden a aclarar o saber que hacer para poder asegurarme de que les llega a ellos el correo.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I tested the Save feature on a cloned form but could not replicate the issue. When testing the Save functionality on the form, please make sure you are logged out of the Jotform account, as the system will automatically assume that the account logged in is the submitter and will automatically send you or the user logged in the link to Continue filling out the form. To log out, click on your Avatar on the Upper right corner and select Log out.Issue with the Save Feature Image 1 Screenshot 40

    After logging out of this account, you can test saving the form again, while logged out you should see the following prompt to either log in to a Jotform account or to Skip and Create An account after clicking on Save.Issue with the Save Feature Image 2 Screenshot 51

    If you select Skip Create an account, you will be routed to the following prompt asking where to send the draft email or get a draft link.
