I have checked your account, and it is currently suspended due to your Formulario de Inicio de Sesión Estudiantes which is suspected as phishing. In order to get your account reactivated, you must give us the following proof proving your legitimacy:
- The URL where your form is used.
- Provide any document that will support your claims.
- Your website or proof of affiliation with legitimate institutions.
Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with "Thread #13143241" as the subject. One of our colleagues will get back to you about the status of your account.
