Cuando intento acceder a mis formularios me aparece una sub pantalla en la que me pide valorar el servicio y luego no me permite hacer nada más.

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry if you're having issues with accessing your form on the Jotform Mobile App. You can try to click the 'X' button. Take a look at the screenshot:
If it would help us to understand more if you can take a short screen recording of what is happening. You can use Loom or you can upload it to any third-party app like Google Drive, share the link with us, and make it public.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry if you're still having issues accessing your forms. Can you please try to change your device and try to log in and out of your account? You can also try to clear your browser's caches to refresh the forms.
