    Recientemente realicé un upgrade de almacenamiento a mi cuenta, pero me percate que no me es util ya que lo que necesito es la venta de boletos online. Quisiera realizar otro upgrade al Bronce para poder tener mas opción de pagos recibidos al mes. ¿Pudieran honrrarme el pago de $50.00 que ya realice para poder pagar la diferencia o puedo pagas por mas opción de pagos recibos por un solo mes?

    It's really easy to upgrade your account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account. The amount you have used for the Storage plan will be automatically adjusted in the Bronze plan or any other plan you chose.

    Do they have any membership that was only for one month. I only have events 3 times a year and pay a monthly payment for a year just to increase the limit of payments received per month, I understand that it would be a lot, I would prefer to pay an upgrade every time I need it even if it costs me a little more than the offers per month.

    Hi Villa,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you can upgrade to Bronze monthly and you will only pay the difference. The unused time of your Storage plan will be deducted from the amount of the Bronze plan. You can follow the instructions provided by my colleague above on how to upgrade your account. You will have the option to choose a monthly plan.

    Additionally, all of our plans automatically renew. If you are not planning to renew your plan for the next few months. Make sure to cancel your subscription. We have a guide about How to Cancel your Subscription. Then you can always upgrade your account whenever you need to.

    I will be doing the update for this month and then I will try to cancel until the next activity we have. If I have problems canceling, where can I contact you? Can you still credit me for the payment you made for storage?

    Thanks for getting back to us. You can always reply to this thread or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help if you encounter any issues downgrading your account. Please note that canceling your subscription won't take effect until the end of your current billing cycle.

    As for your other question, the difference of the Bronze plan($10.98) is in your account as an account balance which you can use on your next upgrade. But if you want that amount to be refunded, please let us know.
