How to restore deleted entries that are more than 30 days?

Me comunico con ustedes porque en enero de 2024 borré unas entradas de un formulario, y necesito recuperarlas.

Hay alguna forma de hacerlo?

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, you can only restore those deleted entries for up to 30 days. After that duration, you'll no longer be able to retrieve it and the entries will be purged or permanently deleted. No problem with English.

The entries were deleted by January 11, so no chances for me to recover it by myself. I was wondering if there is any chance to have access to the log or anything to restore the entries.

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you're correct. You're unable to retrieve it because this is more than 30 days' allowable duration to restore the deleted entries. But if your form is integrated with available integrations through Jotform like Google Sheets, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, etc., you can still get the data from those purged or permanently deleted entries from Jotform Tables in the example integrations.

Yes. The form is integrated with google sheets and Google Drive so I will have to update the data manually to Jotform, to keep it within the platform too..
