Contacto con ustedes para comentarles que soy residente en Canarias, y estamos exentos de IVA.
¿Pueden configurar la cuenta haciendo que no se incluya el IVA?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. The VAT will be calculated on the final payment or when the final payment is charged. There's no option on our end to remove it prior to making a payment. It will be automatically removed after making a payment if there should be no VAT to be applied. If it's added to the charge, we may require proof or tax exemption certificate, and then we will issue a refund.
