Buenas tardes, solicite un cambio de contraseña y el sistema me lo autorizó, pero no me permite ingresar a ver mis formularios, dice suspended.
Me pueden apoyar con eso. Gracias.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. It shows that your account has been suspended because our Form Review Tool has tagged your form as Fake Service. We can absolutely reinstate your account as long as we have the permission delete the offending fields/form.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Eldrex, thanks for your assitance. I didn't know about that tag as Fake Service, our service is real, I give services about English and Informics Science Courses, When a new student registers for the service the jus filled the form.
Tell me what information do you need for reactivating my account. I really need it.

Hello Edgar,
Thanks for getting back to us. Our Form Review Tool will automatically detect and suspend forms if the form violated our Terms of use. No worries, all we need is your approval to delete the offending fields/forms to lift the suspension on your account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward.

While working to process your request, we need additional information before we can proceed. Please provide us the following:
- The URL where forms are used.
- Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
- Share with us a document that will prove that you're allowed to offer such services.
These needs to be sent to our reviewers@jotform.com email.
