Hola.

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I cleared the form cache from the backend, which resolves cache related issues. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Mikhail,
It's weird because even if I clear the cache or run the test on incognito or private mode, I still get the odd results.
I noticed that since you cloned the form, the calendly is not the same either, and once you submitted the form it redirected you to my funnel but to another page ( no idea how ). In my calendly once the form is submitted it redirects to a specific external URL, so I changed that to redirect to the regular calendly page and I still don't get the same result as you did.
I also noticed also that once you submitted the calendly form, you had the option to check the form and the answers and I don't get that either...
Also, event though my Aweber integration is supposed to be working properly I don't see the test subscriber pop inside Aweber.
I thought it's becasue the form is embeded ( integrated ) on a custom URL of my funnel... the first test I ran was with the Jotform URL and it worked. I also have an auto email triggered for a specific answer and on the first test it did work also.
Yet I ran another test from the jotform URL ( https://form.jotform.com/DanSCL/escuela-dental ) and once again the subscriber did not pop inside Aweber and did not get the auto email regarding the specific answer.
I'm baffled. Lol
You got redirected to https://www.escueladental.net/confirma-aweber
My calendly and the form are supposed to land at https://www.escueladental.net/gracias
Let me know if you find the answer...
Best regards

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and retained the Calendly Event URL so you may be getting my tests in your Calendly. The issue that I found is when the responder will clicks on the Schedule event, it will redirect the user to a different page. I guess you programmed this in your Calendly.
Now, here's the reason why it's not recording the test submission in your Aweber. The Aweber integration (applies to all integration) is triggered only when the responder clicks on the Submit button. In your case, there's no chance that the responder will click on the Submit button, since they're redirected to a different page.
In the screencast below, I changed the background color of the buttons to display the label of the Submit button. The responder will click on the Schedule event button in Calendly to record the schedule in Calendly, and then click on the Submit button also to record the submission within Jotform and Aweber.
Your intention on your forms process flow is logically correct, however; it's not how our current integration works. Unfortunately, there's no workaround. The responder has to click on both buttons to record the schedule as well as pass the contact details to Aweber.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Lesther,
Yes I saw your tests. Thanks.
So, I solved the Aweber issuel with a Zap.
But I still have the issue of the content of the form. Once the responder reaches the calendly form and presses de button schedule, the page is redirected to the next step on the funnel, good there.
And I solved the Aweber issue. Good there too.
But I don't get a record of the answers on the form, which is the purpose of if in the first place, right ?
Is there a way to record the progress on a previous step of the form ? like right before the calendly part ?
Thanks

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try to reconfigure your Calendly to not redirect to another page after the form-fillers click the Schedule Event? In that way, after scheduling the date on your Calendly in your form, they can still click the Submit button which also redirects to your site.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Mikhail,
Ok, confirmation page for once the responder clicks schedule on Calendly is within Calendly.
the URL where the form is embeded and where the leads will be scheduling their call is tusesionestrategica.com
Can you do me a favour ?
Can you optin at escueladental.net ? you don't have to watch the webinar, plus is in spanish :)
And then run a test at tusesionestrategica.com ?
They are part of the same thing. I just want to see the integrations working so far.
Thanks

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I registered here using my email, as you requested and filled out the form embedded to your website. I was able to make a schedule in Calendly and submit the form successfully. Can you please confirm if you've received my test?
