DocuSign Widget: Unable to Complete the Signing Process

    Estimados,

    Alguna veces, tengo problemas con Docusign, que envia un error desconocido. El problema es que el usuario ha rellenado todos los campos, y no se puede volver a intentar.

    ¿Es posible que se pueda hacer un reintento, sin necesidad de rellenar todos los campos?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? It is possible not to fill out the fields of a form, as long as those fields are not set to require.

    Hello

    The problem is that when finishing the form, and then trying to sign, sometimes the docusing widget fails.

    And if it fails, it cannot be tried again, and the entire form must be completed again

    This happens sometimes, but it would be ideal if the signing process could be retried

    Hi Pablo,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that this is happening. Currently, I am having issues accessing the DocuSign website as it takes a lot of time for it to load on my end even in Incognito mode so I think there is an issue on their side.

    However, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I didn't receive any error when trying to sign using the DocuSign widget. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try re-authenticating your DocuSign account on the widget? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Wand icon on the DocuSign Widget.
    2. Click the Re-Authenticate button and once done, click the Update Widget button at the bottom.

    As for the other issue where the user is unable to submit the form and try it again, I suggest enabling the Save and Continue Later feature on your form so that the user can save a draft of their form before they try submitting it.

    In the case of them failing to submit the form, they can access their saved draft from the email notification that was sent to them. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select the Submit field and click the Gear icon.
    2. Go to the Advanced tab and toggle the Save and Continue Later button to ON.

    • Once the Form users save their form, they will receive this email notification with the link to their saved draft and they can continue filling out the form.

    Also, a saved draft can be accessed on your Jotform Tables and you will be able to see the data that they entered on the form. Let me show you where to find it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click the Three Dots icon on the Tables tab.
    2. Select Incomplete Submissions.
    3 Hover over the submission and click the View button.

    Also. can you take a screenshot of the error that you are seeing and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. I have also cleared your form cache to refresh the status of your form.

    Wow, thank you very much for your very complete answer!

    I have not been able to replicate the error. Anyway, clear cache and re-authenticate. For now I have no problem, but I was trying to put myself in the case that users have it, and that they may have an alternative.

    Unfortunately the save after is a feature I would love to have, but the registration popup to jotform is something my client doesn't want. If this screen was editable, that would be a great option.
