Hay alguna integracion con whatsapp?

Les consulto a ver si me pueden orientar a optimizar mi negocio. Actualmente levanto formularios desde https://form.jotform.com/231885007672662 pero tengo la debilidad que veo que muchas personas que completar el campo telefono ponen cualquier cosa. Existe algun tipo de validacion por whatsapp que pueda implementar?

Now, let me help you with your question. You can use the  SMS Confirmation Widget it is powered by Twilio. So you need to register an account with Twilio to get real-time results, for verifying phone numbers.

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, you would want your phone number field to be connected to WhatsApp to verify their number and send you a message that people have filled out your form and you will contact them shortly. Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is currently not available. As a workaround, you can add the Whatsapp Button widget to your form and have people send you a message when they filled out the form. Let me show you how.

1. On Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side.
2. Click on Widgets.
3. Click or drag and drop Whatsapp Button widget onto your form.
   

Here you can setup your whatsapp widget and people can message you when filling out the form.

Es posible que al completar y enviar el formulario en forma automatica se redireccione a una url de whatsapp?

Thanks for getting back to us. You can set your Thank You page to an external URL in Settings. This way, when someone submits a form they will be redirected to an external URL. Let me show you how.

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings.
2. Click on Thank You Page on the left.
3. Then, select Redirect To An External Link After Submission.
4. Under Enter URL, you can put in the link to your whatsapp.
