Account suspended

    Dear Jotform team,

    I have created a form on this platform, however, the form was blocked for some reason, and now it will not let me log in to my account with my username or email.

    it shows me red: suspended.

    I would appreciate your support.

    Hi Harry, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these things above to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #12739741 as your subject and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.

    Greetings,

    The form connects to a powerautomate in my organization since I am testing the functionalities of jotform with a flow in power automate.

    My organization's website is this: www.rannik.com

    My email account is corporate and belongs to a legitimate institution.
