Revisión de formulario

Hola,

Escribo para solicitar su apoyo, creé el siguiente formulario: https://form.jotform.com/240654373143049

Agregué opciones "condicionantes" en algunas preguntas, sin embargo, identifiqué que en ocasiones al seleccionar algunas de las opciones no aparecen las preguntas correspondientes que había establecido.

Por ejemplo, estas son las preguntas condicionadas para esta opción

No obstante, en ocasiones me aparecen preguntas de otras categorías
