    Hi Judith,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

About your question, yes you can download the submission data as an Excel. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your account, go to All Forms then select the form and click on Submissions.

    2. Under Tables, click on the submission that you would like to download, and at the upper right part of the page click on Download then select Download as Excel.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Jerlan,

My question was regarding Quizform, so I want to download the submissions from Quizform, with the correct answers, so the only option is "Export CSV" and I want to Export on PDF or Excel.

    Hi formacionfreixenet,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, you may consider using third-party applications such as Excel and save your exported CSV as excel. You may also try printing the submission from your web browser as PDF.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
