How to Remove the Logo on the Jotform App

En la versión de celular aparece un logo (en rojo en la imagen) que no debe aparecer pero no puedo encontrar desde dónde lo puedo eliminar. Agradeceré si me pueden ayudar.

Now, coming back to your question. I tested your form on mobile view and on the mobile itself but I couldn't replicate the issue. See my screenshots below :

Since I was unable to replicate the issue, I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please test your form again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will further investigate to better understand what is going on.

Tnx for your answer. It is strange, because when I open it with different mobiles I still get the logos in the background. See for yourself. Next is a picture of another mobile... I don´t understand... If you can find and delete the "republica de panama" image from your database, I think that will solve the problem. I don´t know where it is...

I have set out the wifi and use data, and still... Have tried with different mobiles and the same... and I can´t publish it with this logo because of governamental regulations...

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry for the confusion. If I understood what you’re asking, you want to remove the Logo on the Jotform App that you created. To fix this, you will have to go to your App Builder page and remove the Logo on the App. Let me show you how:

1. In App Builder, click the Logo field on the page.
2. Go to the Logo tab and click the Remove Image button.

• But take note that the Jotform Logo will replace the Logo on the upper-left side of the App. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to delete this Jotform Logo.
