    Hola,

    Hicimos la solicitud de abonar los montos de la licencia anual bronce de vruiz@teknica.cl a mi cuenta murdaneta@teknica.cl

    Queremos saber como sigue este abono, ya que vamos a aumentar la licencia, que saldo tenemos a nuestro favor?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I apologize for the confusion on your question. Keep in mind that only one subscription can exist per account. If you want to subscribe your other account to a subscription plan, you can do so, but you will need to pay it separately. For example, if you want to upgrade your account with the email address vruiz@teknica.cl, you will need to upgrade it separately. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
