Now, coming back to your question I see that you currently submitted 0/2500 SSL submissions for this month. The monthly limit resets every first of each month. I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please test your form again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will further investigate to better understand what is going on.
Also, would you allow us to send a test submission on your original form to test the issue on our side?
