Account Limit: File Upload Storage Limit

    Hola, al parecer he agotado el espacio de almacenamiento de mi plan, ya eliminé mucha información antigua para liberar espacio pero éste no se ve reflejado aún, necesito hacer algo más para volver a tener el espacio de almacenamiento disponible ?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked, your file upload storage is at 100.97 GB. You will need to delete submissions with file uploads to free up space on form 223634758271865. Please note that deleted submissions are soft deleted and will remain in the system for 30 days in case you need to restore them. If you want to permanently delete the submissions in the trash to free up upload space, then you will need to purge the submissions. Let me show you how:

    • Click the three dots beside the form name and select Trashed entries.

    • In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
    • Click Delete Forever.
    • Lastly, click Delete to confirm that submissions will be permanently deleted.
