no redirecciona

    Hola buenas noches, estoy revisando el ultimo formulario que cree, y cuando la persona la intento redireccionar hacia un enlace al finalizar el formulario da error, por otro lado, intenté colocar una página de confirmación pero aparecen los datos de jotform al finalizar y no quiero que diga eso al final porque la gente se confunde, como puedo hacer para redireccionarlos a mi página sin errores?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your ¡Registrate aquí! form (240605759937670) and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    You can find my cloned form here. Feel free to submit it. I have cleared your account's form cache. Can you try your form again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Also, can you tell us the website where your form is embedded or were you testing it using its direct link? Or, were you submitting your form in Form Builder's Preview mode? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. You can also check and take a screenshot of any errors in your web browser's console. We have a guide about how to do that hereAlso, with your permission, we would like to make a test submission on your form.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hola buenas noches, disculpa la tardanza, el error sucede cuando el formulario está funcionando normal, en la vista previa parece todo correcto, pero al hacer la prueba real, da error

    En el formulario que usted clonó si funciona bien, pero en el mío da ese error

    Hi Joana,

    Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. When I looked at your form here, I saw that you embedded it using its embed script. The issue you are having may be caused by conflicts between your website's scripts and the scripts on your form. To fix the issue, you can copy and use the iframe embed codes of your form instead. Let me show you where you can copy it:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    • Now, click on the Iframe option, and copy the code.
    • That's it. Embed the codes on your webpage and you're done.

    You can test your form and let us know what happens. If you're still having the same issue, we would like to make a test submission on your form on your website with your permission so we can do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

This is to check if we can replicate the error and possibly investigate further as to what is causing the issue as we are unable to replicate it through our cloned forms.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
