PDF submissions were not downloading

buenas tardes

solicito de su apoyo urgente, ya que intento descargar el PDF de los envios de mi formulario https://www.jotform.com/tables/233598339070059 y NO DESCARGA... si me sale la opcion para descargar, pero cuando das click, no se descarga.

Asi mismo, los PDF´s no se mandan al correo que tengo "cartainstruccionwecare@gmail.com" por lo que no puedo descargar el PDF ni del correo.

Adjunto captura de pantalla del correo a donde nos llega los servicios de ese formulario.
