    Buen dia, estamos teniendo problemas con el envio y generacion de PDF de nuestros documentos.

    Nos urge que nos puedan apoyar ya que esto para nuestra produccion.

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Our developers are aware of the issue and currently working on it. Multiple users are currently having issues with the connection of the PDF. I've added this thread to the affected accounts with the current technical difficulties. Rest assured, we'll circle back to this thread as soon as we receive an update from our Developers.

    We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

    Thanks for getting back to us. About not being able to generate PDFs, is a known issue. Our Developer Team is currently working on it. We'll let you know as soon as they get it fixed. Thanks for your patience while we're looking into this.

    Thanks for your patience. We just heard back from our developers. They've solved the issue with generating PDFs, so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
