When will the monthly submission limit be reset?

Buenas, tenemos la version gratuita y nos dice que solo podemos enviar 100 formularios al mes. Siendo hoy dia 1, no se ha reseteado y no nos permite seguir usandolo ¿cuando se resetea el nº de envios para poder seguir enviando formularios?

Now, let me help you with your question. I really do understand how upsetting this is. I saw that your account monthly submission limit has been reset, but your account total submission has already reached its limit. Since, you're using the Jotform Starter account, you can only store 500 submissions in the account. To fix the issue, you can either download the submissions and delete them from your account, or you can upgrade your subscription to Bronze, Silver, or Gold, which will increase your limits, and give you additional benefits.

OK, I just deleted old records and it still won't let me use it. Maybe I should wait a while for the information to be updated?

Thanks for getting back to us. I recalculated your form total submission, and can see that the total submission is now only 194 submissions. You can now store new submissions in your account. To check your total submission capacity, you can go to the Account Usage page.
