How to remove CAPTCHA?

    Buenas, el CAPTCHA que aparece luego de enviar el formulario está generandome problemas ya que muchos de los usuarios no terminan de enviarlo.

    Si podrían decirme la manera de seguir se los agradecería.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Just to confirm, are you referring to Anti-Spam Captcha? If so, keep in mind that Captcha is automatically turned on when your form notices unusual traffic, such as a sudden increase in submissions from a single IP address. The form(s) under an account can only send 60 submissions per minute. It's a security measure in place to prevent spam submissions.

    Buenas, si pasa que en la empresa se manejan por ip dinamicas, nose si es que me pueden dar alguna solución para este caso?

    Hi Alexi,

    Thanks for getting back to us. The captcha is only requested when the IP sends unusual traffic, or if the system suspects that the submissions are coming from a bot. This is done to ensure that the person submitting the content is, in fact, a human. Also, If you're on a shared IP, that might be a reason for this coming up. But, the captcha can be removed by whitelisting the account, but whitelisting the account is currently only available to all paid accounts.
