Buenos días,
Hemos creado una plantilla de formulario y la enviamos a través del correo electrónico. Solo nos dejó unas 7 personas.
Ahora a 1 de Marzo, intentamos acceder a través del enlace y nos aparece el siguiente mensaje: FORM OVER QUOTA. This form has exceeded its allocated quota.
Nuestra consulta era,
El problema es que hemos realizado más envíos de los disponibles por correo electrónico?
Porque ahora intentamos acceder a través del enlace, sin enviar ningún correo electrónico, y no nos deja.
¿Si ampliamos la cuota para tener 2.500 envíos al mes, se solucionará este problema?

Now, let me help you with your question. I was able to access the form without any error messages. But if the form says you've reached the account limit, then the form will be disabled to prevent future submissions. Yes, you can fix this by upgrading your account to a higher plan, which offers a higher form limit. Please check our pricing page to know more.
