¿Como puedo restaurar mi formulario de pedidos a una versión anterior ?

hola buenos días, en estos momentos, perdí muchos de mis pedidos y me gustarías restaurar a una versión anterior pero la opción me aparece como deshabilitada, me podrían ayudar

Our development team is working to resolve these issues, and we will update you as soon as possible. In the meantime, we appreciate your feedback and suggestions regarding this feature.
