No funciona la integración con clickup

hice 2 formularios integrados a clickup, les edité las integraciones varias veces, pero ninguno funciona correctamente.

estos son los formularios:

1. https://form.jotform.com/240575858125059 
2. https://form.jotform.com/240593526231049

No se llenan los campos en clickup aunque estén igualados.

Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Like what error message do you receive or what is not working?

The settings are OK, but the form doesn´t create the register where it is supposed to

Thanks for getting back to us. Is this happening to all the fields mapped to click up? Could you please reintegrate your form to ClickUp to see if it would make any difference and slowly add new fields one at a time so we will know which fields are we having trouble connecting?
