Hi, I can handle it in English...
The reason we are contacting you is that we need to upgrade our plan, we want the Enterprise plan and want to know the cost and what the procedure will be. Our current plan expires on May 9, 2024. If we decided to upgrade now, how would be do with the remaining months of the plan?
