• Go to Jotform Login Page, and then click on Forgot Password.
• Type the email address or username to your other account, then select Send Reset Instructions.

• Now, go to your email and check for the Reset Instructions.
• Click on Reset Password.

• Enter your new password, and then click on Create a New Password.
