    Hi CIIP_FORMULARIOS,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the Visual Reports? Unfortunately, there's no option to enter data and added into the graph data result. The graph only displays the graphic representation of the number of submissions/contacts and the number of responses on fields/options.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Then, Is there any way to hardcore data in my own form and try to compare it against existing data?

    Hi CIIP_FORMULARIOS,

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you explain a bit more about your concern about adding your data and comparing it to the existing one, so I can get a better idea of what you're aiming to do? If you can take a screenshot, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

ok I will be as clear as possible.......

I have a form. it has been filled up like 4000 times. If i generate a report i can see 4000 regs in my report. Thats ok because it's counting the times the form have been submited . then I need to make a report based on my goal . Mi goal is 8000 forms filled (my own goal , no a data in the form). How can I compare this 4000 versus my 8000 goal in order to se a graphic that give me the opprtunity to see that i'm on the half of my goal ?

    Clear enough ?

    Hi CIIP_FORMULARIOS,

Thanks for getting back to us. We understand that you want to compare the actual submission count with your target count of submissions but there's no feature available yet and there's no other workaround within Jotform.

Alternatively, you can integrate your form with Google Sheets so all submissions will send a copy to the sheet. Then, from there, you may perhaps use the formula and functions of the Google Sheet to generate a graph of your desired outcome.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
